Designs are sent in zipped format. You will need a program such as Winzip

or another unzipping program to extract the files. You can download

an evaluation copy of Winzip at: www.winzip.com

  Please be sure and select the correct format for your machine as designs will not be replaced with another format. Also, please back up your designs as lost or misplaced designs will not be resent unless re-purchased.
